Tuesday 28th January 202019:30Parish Vision Day: the next steps
We have arranged a follow up session to the Vision Day that was held in November. One of the outcomes agreed on the day was to progress with our Generous Giving campaign, and Sammi Tooze from the Diocese who ran the day for us has offered to give us her support in both developing and delivering a plan. Those who were at the Vision Day will be able to confirm that Sammi provides a breath of fresh air, and is very skilled at leading and developing parish strategies and giving campaigns. We hope that those taking part in the process will find it thought-provoking and fun. We see this as an opportunity to get opinions from as many of the congregation as possible, and to then identify a small working party who will then take responsibility for progressing both a generous giving campaign and also writing the parish profile to assist with the recruitment of a new Rector. If you are not able to make the first meeting, but would like to be part of either of the working parties, do please speak to one of the Churchwardens.
